Referrals

InnerHealth Psychology welcomes referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, allied health professionals and other healthcare providers, as well as self-referrals from individuals seeking psychological support.

We provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological care to adults, teenagers and parents across Australia via Telehealth.

Mental Health Care Plan Referrals

If you have been provided with a Mental Health Care Plan, your GP or treating practitioner can refer you to InnerHealth Psychology. You are also welcome to upload your Mental Health Care Plan and referral directly when booking your appointment.

For healthcare professionals, referrals can be submitted securely via email or through our referral form.

We aim to make the referral process simple and accessible, while maintaining communication and collaborative care with your treating team where appropriate and with your consent.
