YOUR PATH TO personal growth and development
I’m here to help you on
As a Registered Psychologist and a devoted mother to my beautiful little girls, I have my own lived experience of both trauma and an eating disorder, and this has only fed my desire to help those who may be experiencing their own challenges, as I am aware that therapy has the power to change one’s life for the better.
Does life feel out of control at times?
Things might have been going well until something threw you off track, whether it was a break-up, the loss of someone close, or health issues.
It could be that work and life have piled up, leaving you feeling anxious, drained, and burnt out.
You may find it hard to open up about your true feelings to those around you.
You’ve chosen to seek emotional support from a professional but feel uncertain about who or what approach would be the best fit for you.
